Terms of Service
Last updated: [date]
These Terms govern your use of this website and any sale of a device to [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME], doing business as PhoneCash SWFL. By submitting a request you agree to these Terms.
Online evaluations are not offers to purchase
Any price or estimate we give before seeing your device is a preliminary, non-binding estimate based on the information and photos you provide. A final offer is made only after an in-person inspection and verification of ownership and identity. We may revise or withdraw any estimate, and we may decline any purchase for any lawful reason. You are never obligated to accept an offer.
Eligibility and ownership
- You must be at least 18 and present valid government-issued photo ID.
- You must own the device or be legally authorized to sell it, and it must not be reported lost or stolen, subject to a lien, unpaid financing balance or ownership dispute, or locked to anyone’s account.
- You must remove Find My iPhone, Google account / Factory Reset Protection, and any other activation lock before payment.
- We check device identifiers (such as IMEI) against lost/stolen databases and report transactions to law enforcement as required by Chapter 538, Florida Statutes. We will not buy a device that fails these checks, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
The transaction
Payment is made by a method agreed at the appointment after you sign the purchase agreement and ownership declaration. Once payment is made, the sale is final and the device becomes our property. You are responsible for backing up and removing your personal data; we will factory reset devices we purchase.
